Refunds and Cancellations Policy

01. No refund will be provided by Shree Hari Enterprise Visa Consultant for early withdrawal from any service by the Customer.

02. No refund request will be entertained in case the visa is rejected for reasons like client fails to attend the visa interview, applicant does not comply with the requirements of the consulate, failure to provide the necessary papers and certificates in time like the medical certificate, police clearance certificate etc, late submission of documents, violation of laws etc.

03. Once payment is made and it is already mentioned that it is non-refundable, no refund request will be entertained by Shree Hari Enterprise.

04. Please note that Shree Hari Enterprise is not liable to pay any refund if the applicant wishes to withdraw the application due to personal reasons/adverse conditions of the applicant/change of mind.

05. If Shree Hari Enterprise fails to provide the work permit within the given time (mentioned in our contract letter) Shree Hari Enterprise will refund the full amount.
